The well equipped family Kitchen/Dining Room has recently been refurbished and has plenty of cupboard space, including a large airing cupboard filled with towels for visitors' use. Facilities include:
A separate and spacious Utility Room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Situated just off this room is an extra washroom with toilet & wash hand basin.
Sleeping & Bathing
Dunarden Cottage has three guest bedrooms with 1 x Double Bedroom, 1 x Twin Bedroom and 1 x Bunk Bed Room.
Guest bedrooms have ample storage and the house can sleep up to 6 guests. All bed linen is provided and a cot and suitable linen can be provided on request.

Dunarden Cottage is a privately owned self catering property and is set in a small development. Off street parking is provided and there are well maintained gardens throughout, with the rear of the house having an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and bbq.
The attached garage includes bait fridge/freezer, ideal for storing fishing equipment or bicycles.
